By submitting this form, the advertiser agrees to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms — Full payment is required prior to publication unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad space is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.
2. Ad Materials — Advertiser agrees to provide all necessary artwork, logos, and promotional content by the specified ad submission deadline. Suncoast Local Media is not responsible for delays caused by late submission of materials.
3. Ad Design — If Suncoast Local Media provides design services, the advertiser will receive an ad proof for approval prior to publication. Advertiser is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof for accuracy.
4. Proof Approval — Once an ad proof has been approved by the advertiser, Suncoast Local Media is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval.
5. Placement — While Suncoast Local Media will make reasonable efforts to honor requested ad placements, final placement within the publication may vary unless a premium placement has been purchased.
6. Cancellation — Advertising cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the ad submission deadline. Cancellations after the deadline are non-refundable.
7. Multi-Issue Terms — This agreement covers the number of issues selected above. Cancellation of a multi-issue commitment after the first issue may forfeit any multi-issue discount applied.
8. Liability — Suncoast Local Media's liability for any error or omission in an advertisement shall be limited to the cost of the advertisement.
9. Content Responsibility — Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that all ad content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Suncoast Local Media reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed inappropriate or misleading.
10. Publication Rights — Suncoast Local Media reserves the right to reproduce advertiser content in print and digital formats for promotional purposes related to the publication.
11. Governing Law — This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
